These General Terms and Conditions and instructions for booking are an integral part of the Contract or voucher for services concluded between Apartments Lana Seline, Ante Starčevića 6, Seline (hereinafter: the host) and the contractor for renting the apartment (hereinafter: the guest).

Content of the offer

The host provides the service according to the information published on the Internet and valid on the day of booking confirmation, and according to the description and date according to the confirmed reservation except in case of force majeure such as illness or death of the service provider or his immediate family, extraordinary circumstances unpredictable (natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, sanitation, fires, droughts, wars, strikes, terrorist acts and restrictions issued by the state, such as mobilization, ban on leaving the country).

Reservations and payments

Inquiries and reservations for accommodation are received electronically and by telephone, in writing or in person.

When creating a request for accommodation reservation, the guest confirms that he is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of apartment rental services, which he has previously carefully studied, and that he fully accepts them. Everything stated in these General Terms and Conditions is a legal obligation for both the guest and the host. The host makes available to the guest the appropriate material in electronic form, provides him with all relevant information regarding the booked service, and refers him to the General Terms and Conditions of reservation which are an integral part of this contract. The guest is obliged to provide all the information required by the booking process.

To book the accommodation service it is necessary to pay an advance 30% of the total price the reservation, and the rest of the amount you pay upon arrival at the apartment unless otherwise agreed. In case the guest does not pay the rest of the reservation amount within the agreed period, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and keep the advance payment with prior notice to the guest.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is included in the price.

Price of service

The price of the accommodation service includes the basic service as described in the price list with the accommodation unit from the reservation. The price includes: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking space, WI-FI, air conditioning, barbecue, tourist taxes.

Obligations of the guest

– have valid travel documents
– comply with the customs and foreign exchange regulations of the Republic of Croatia
– comply with foreign exchange and customs regulations, check whether he needs a visa to enter the country.
– adhere to the house rules in accommodation facilities, and cooperate with service providers in good faith.
– upon arrival at the destination, submit a document on the paid service to the service provider (voucher received by e-mail)

Cancellation policy

Any change or cancellation of the reservation the Guest is obliged to send to the Host in writing by e-mail: apartmani.lana.seline@gmail.com
In case of cancellation of the confirmed accommodation reservation, the following costs will be charged:

1. for cancellation of a reservation up to 35 days before the start of the service, there are no cancellation fees. The advance payment will be returned to the guest in 100% amount within 7 days.
2. for cancellation of a reservation from 34 to 15 days before the start of using the service, 80% of the total price of the reservation costs will be charged.
3. for cancellation of a reservation from 14 to 0 days before the start of the service, 100% of the total price of the reservation costs will be charged.
4. for cancellation of the reservation after arrival, or if the Guest does not show up at the booked accommodation, 100% of the total price of the reservation costs will be charged.
