Terms of use of the Apartments

The renter of apartment accommodation units (hereinafter: the “host”) who, according to the law,  may perform this activity and presents it on the website https://apartmani-lana-seline.com for the purpose of renting.

Visitors / guests (hereinafter referred to as “guest” or “guests”) are all private and business persons who rent apartment accommodation from the host.

By publishing the Terms of Use on the website https://apartmani-lana-seline.com, it is considered that the guest is familiar with them and accepts them and undertakes to abide by the rules set forth in them when using the services offered by the host. For any additional information about the accommodation, please contact your host.

– Guests are obliged to take care of their own belongings and valuables left in the apartments and the host is not responsible for their possible disappearance.

– Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident they bear the consequences.

– Guests are obliged to lock the front door of the apartment when they are inside, and when they go outside they must lock the doors and windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.) and turn off the water.

– The host has the right in the absence of the guest in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger.

– It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, cause riots and disturb other guests, and in particular it is forbidden to make noise between 14:00 and 16:00 and from 23:00 to 7:00.

– The contents of the apartment can be used only by persons who are duly registered as guests, and guests can have possible visits at a certain time.

– It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosives and flammable materials.

– The use of equipment and devices that are not part of the offer of the apartment is allowed only with the consent of the host.

– If there is a disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If the disappearance or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the appropriate equivalent.

– It is forbidden to take out devices and equipment (towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc.) from the apartment.

– The guest must hand in the host’s ID card or passport immediately upon arrival, in order to register via eVisitor.

– The price includes: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking space, WI-FI, air conditioning, barbecue, tourist taxes.

– Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are changed every 7 days if the guest wishes or as needed. The host is not obliged to clean and tidy the apartment. While using the apartment, you are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms. Consider the possible risk of fire.

– The introduction of animals is allowed only with the consent of the host.

– Accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the host or indicated in the presentation of the apartment.

– We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure so that it can be cleaned and tidied up for other guests who come after you and have the right to enter from 14:00. Staying in the apartment after 10:00 unconditionally entails paying the daily price without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit. The keys must be returned at the end of the stay.

– Guests who do not follow the house rules and disturb the peace will be unconditionally denied accommodation. In case of cancellation of the accommodation by the host due to violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the full amount of the booked period, regardless of the shorter stay. If you decide to end your stay earlier, you are obliged to pay the entire reservation of the stay.

– The guest can communicate his remarks, wishes and praises to the host.

– In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest further provision of services.

Privacy policy

Apartments Lana Seline undertakes to provide protection of personal data of guests, by collecting only necessary, basic information about accommodation users that are necessary to meet our obligations, informs guests about how to use the collected data, regularly gives guests a choice about using their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to do their job. All employees of Apartments Lana Seline and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

We recognize the importance of privacy, security and data protection for users of our services and all persons who come into contact with us, so our goal is to offer protection for all our operations and implement consistent policies and procedures. This privacy statement informs you about our protection practices and our ability to choose how we collect and use information about you, including information collected from your online activities for the purpose of booking on our website. This privacy statement applies to our website, domains, services, applications and services and to all our employees. Please check the Privacy Policy – Privacy Policy (hereinafter the Privacy Policy) from time to time for possible changes that will be displayed on the page.

Purpose of collecting personal data

We collect personal data primarily to ensure the provision of the requested service and the most efficient response to your inquiry.

-according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are obliged to inform you that in order to enter your data in eVisitor we must obtain

to inspect your identity document.

The personal data of the guest include:

  • name and surname, type and identification number
  • documents, gender, country and address of residence and
  • birth, citizenship and date of birth.

The purpose of entering guest data in eVisitor is to register tourists in the information system of the Croatian Tourist Board for check-in and check-out of tourists – eVisitor (Residence Tax Act OG 152/08).

The content of your personal data is collected exclusively for the purpose of statistical data processing and is intended for tourist boards, public institutions and ministries.

Any unauthorized use, publication, processing, processing, reproduction, display, transmission, distribution, recording or any other form of unauthorized use of your data is strictly prohibited.

If for some reason you cannot or do not want to provide us with access to your data, we are authorized not to provide you with accommodation services.

Data covered by the Privacy Policy system

Name and Surname, Date of birth, Residence address, E-mail, Telephone and / or fax number, Personal identification number (OIB), Other information you exchange with us that you wish to remain confidential.

Duration of the Privacy Policy

At the time of submitting your data, you agree to contact us and thus give us the right to process your personal data in accordance with the stated purpose. Protecting the privacy of your data is permanent.

Content of the Privacy Policy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, EC 2019/679. We will store the collected data in an appropriate manner and ensure their confidentiality. We will not pass on the information collected to third parties without your express permission. We only collect personal information that is voluntarily provided to us. We do not require you to send us this information in order to give you access to your site, and we do not ask you to disclose more information than is really necessary to participate in any activity on our site. We will not send you spam. We are not responsible for accidental error or error due to force majeure or other objective circumstances that cause accidental breach of the guaranteed protection of your data, but we guarantee that the error will be remedied, if possible, as soon as possible. We do not sell, transfer or disclose personal information we collect to anyone outside of our records and without your permission.

For the security of data on our servers and to ensure the accessibility of the service to all users, this computer system uses software that monitors online visits and detects unauthorized attempts to upload or modify data, as well as those that could cause damage in some other way. Unauthorized attempts to upload or modify data at this location are strictly prohibited.

Our servers use statistical software. These programs are a standard feature of all Internet servers and are not unique to our site.
